JCH I closed on a foundational acquisition of Jonas Brothers catalog and song rights.

Jonas Catalog Holdings I (JCH I) — the catalog acquisition arm of Jonas Group Entertainment Holdings — closed on a foundational acquisition of key Jonas Brothers catalog and song rights.

The acquisition extends JCH I's holdings across pop, country, and Christian genres, and reflects the company's thesis of investing in songs that have already proven their durability across streams, sync placements, and live performance.
