Hunter Hawkins Releases Debut Song “Here Now,” Produced by Kenny Loggins

Singer-songwriter, actor and filmmaker Hunter Hawkins launches a debut song produced by music legend Kenny Loggins, the first outside artist project Loggins has produced, with a full album to follow.

Singer-songwriter, actor and filmmaker Hunter Hawkins has released “Here Now,” a debut song out June 5 on Red Van Records. The track is the first outside artist project produced by legendary Kenny Loggins, pairing emotionally rich songwriting with cinematic storytelling and Hawkins’ pure, ethereal and poetic vocal style.

“This song means a lot to me, and has already seen me through many seasons of my life,” Hawkins said. Loggins added: “Hunter Hawkins is a multi-talented singer/songwriter with a beautiful, emotionally expressive voice who has a unique artistic vision.”

“Here Now” also appears in Awake: Pinky’s Journey, a companion film written, directed, produced by and starring Hawkins, which premiered June 5 at The Alcazar Theatre in Carpinteria, California.
